As you sink deeper into your heart's wisdom through the Heart Sense approach, you will discover your heart is continually offering you an invitation to put into practice your heart's way in daily life. As you commit to learning your heart's way you may find questions arising, and the Heart Sense in Action monthly gathering offers you an opportunity to join a like-hearted community - enabling you to connect with others who are on the same journey as you, back to the wisdom of their own hearts.
Connect in loving and supportive community with others exploring Heart Sense in this monthly group, guided by Heart Sense founder Dr Louise Livingstone in real-time conversation with her heart within this carefully curated, safe and nurturing space.
ABOUT - In these online monthly meet-ups, we will continue our contemplations into, and conversations with, the heart (and the heart's different expressions) in relation to real-life situations; exploring the practical applications of Heart Sense.* As usual, we will come together in a safe, nurturing environment and create a space for the wisdom of our own hearts to speak - transforming interactions with ourselves, each other, and the world (please note that these sessions are not recorded to protect the personal sharing space).
