ABOUT - This journey takes place on Zoom and is based on Louise's doctoral thesis and the process that her heart guided her to use in her engagement with everyday life. Over six sessions, we will come together in a safe, nurturing environment and create a space for the wisdom of our own hearts to speak - learning about the different hearts that live inside each of us and creating the possibility to transform our interactions with ourselves, each other, and the world.
 
THIS COURSE WILL SUPPORT YOU TO:
  • Uncover a lost heart, hidden in the past
  • Discover different layers of the heart - each with its own wisdom and guidance
  • Develop a way of engaging with these different hearts from within a contemporary framework to enable deep personal transformation 
  • Reveal each heart as a portal/key; enabling the possibility to be present to what is speaking to you - helping you to deepen your understanding of yourself, and yourself in living relationship with the world

All sessions comprise heart-focussed contemplation, personal reflections, theory and contemplative exercises. In between sessions, you are encouraged to keep a journal and develop what Louise calls a 'Heart Dictionary'. It is preferable that you are able to attend in person to gain the most from the experience. Due to the personal development nature of this course and the creation of safe space for personal sharing, sessions do not generally lend themselves to being recorded - however, should you not be able to attend for any reason, the contemplations and teaching parts will be recorded and made available in Dropbox.

  • Direct access to Louise's four decades of deep work with her own heart, and all the teachings received in conversation with her heart, as well as conversations with her heart taking place in real-time.

  • Following this course you will be eligible to attend monthly Heart Sense in Action Groups (taking place on last Thursday of the month), and open the possibility to move onto the Heart Sense level two apprenticeship programme

Session two: meeting your physical heart 
Session three: meeting your emotional/feeling heart 
Session four: meeting your symbolic heart
Session five: meeting your spiralling heart
Session six: re-turning to heart, looking back over our journey

JOINING THE SESSION - Once you have registered, you will receive pre-course information. A Zoom link to join each session will be sent to you 48 hours prior to each live session commencing. NOTE:
Please be aware that places on this course are limited (due to this being a personal development group), and so fill up very quickly. If you are unable to add the course to your basket, this means that the course is full. In this case, please email me at (louiselivingstone@heartsenseresearch.co.uk) and I will add you to the waiting list. You will be offered a place on this course should a space become available. Alternatively, I will offer you the first available slot on the next cohort.

Course, workshop, lecture cancellation, postpone & refund policy

One-off online courses, workshops and lectures (Distance Learning)

You will be entitled to a full refund up to 48 hours before the one-off online course, workshop, lecture begins. If we have posted any study material to you, you should return them to us before the refund. Once a course, workshop or lecture has started, is in progress, or has taken place, we cannot grant a refund.

In the event that Heart Sense Research Institute is unable to deliver the one-off online course, workshop, lecture, we will reschedule the event and offer you the opportunity to transfer your booking to the new date. Should this not be acceptable, we will offer you the opportunity to transfer your booking to another course, workshop, or lecture of the same value. If you do not wish to attend another date or event, we will refund your booking in full.

Online Courses, workshops and lectures (Distance Learning)

Under this refund policy you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days (cancellation period) from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. Please note that the right to cancel will not apply after we have issued your login details for online study platform (i.e., this could occur prior to receiving your cancellation request to us).

If you choose to cancel within the valid period, you will receive a refund of the price within 30 days if you are eligible for refunds – minus administrative costs.

If we posted any study material to you, you should return them to us before we issue the refund.

Please allow up to 2 working days to receive your online training details (Login details). 

Please note, once a course has been redeemed (commenced), we cannot grant a refund.

 

Classroom Course (In house course)

By completing your registration for a course and making a payment of full or instalment fee, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

You have the right to cancel your booking with the following terms:

1.1 Any Classroom course cancelled after registration – admin fee of 25% of the course price applies (which will not be refunded), remaining deposit will be refunded. You need to request the course cancellation 5 working days before the course starting date.

1.2 You are not eligible for any refund if you made a request for course cancellation less than 5 working days before the course starting date.

1.3 The Heart Sense Research Institute reserves the right to cancel a course if number of delegates have not reached the minimum required to run the course effectively. The organisation also reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance which disables a safe training environment. In the event of a cancellation, the Heart Sense Research Institute will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.

 

Course Postpone

Classroom Courses (In house courses);

If you need to postpone your course, you need to make a request 5 working days before the course starting date. You will not be able to make a request to postpone a course less than 5 working days before the course starting date.

Refund Procedure

Please note that payment can take up to 30 days to process from the point of agreement of the refund.

Attendance/Recording:

For those who cannot attend live, there will be a recording available after the session has taken place. The recording will be of all contemplation exercises and theory. Please note that this course is deeply experiential, and as such, it can lead to personal transformation. In this sense, personal sharing spaces will not be recorded. To gain the most from this course, it is advisable to attend each session as it happens in real time; this is because a great deal of the learning takes place in the sharing spaces.
